We stand firmly behind our product. As part of warranty terms, Swimmo warrants that your Swimmo's hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of the parcel receipt.
Depending on your location, your warranty rights may be extended to two years such as in European Union area.
What happens if I need a repair?
During the warranty service period, once the issue is confirmed, we will either repair the watch or replace it, at our expense, and cover the cost of shipping product back to you.
As part of issue examination or repair, you may need to send the watch to our R&D center. The shipping fee is refunded by us (up to 30 USD value) once the issue is confirmed.
We might at our sole decision on a case-by-case basis simplify the rules of warranty service. You can read detailed warranty terms.
