Please note that new Swimmo watches are not fully charged before shipment. That’s why we ask you to charge your watch to 100% capacity before first use.  If the battery seems to be draining too fast (e.g., lasts much less than the three days of normal use expected), try the following troubleshooting steps to fix any issues that might be temporarily draining your battery:  Reset your watch to the factory settings  Check for software updates for your watch  If the above steps do not help, please email us at together with details of the problems you are experiencing and the steps you have already taken to try and fix them.
